Privacy Policy

Plain and short: we collect only what we need to book your cut and run the shop, we don't sell your information, and any bank data connected here belongs to the owner and never leaves our control.

This policy explains how Hustler's Mansion ("we," "us"), a mobile barber business based in Atlanta, Georgia, handles information across hustlersmansion.com and its booking and back-office tools. If you have a question, reach us at (470) 792-7910 or kennethadjuster@gmail.com.

Information we collect

From clients who book

Contact & booking details — your name, phone number, the service you booked, and appointment times, so we can confirm and provide your cut.
Payment records — deposits and payments are processed by Stripe. We never see or store your full card number; we keep only the record that a payment was made (amount, date, last four digits, status).
Messages — if we text you a confirmation or reminder, that's sent through Twilio.

From the business owner (financial account connection)

The back office includes a private, PIN-protected tool the owner uses to connect his own deposit accounts and see which incoming deposits are shop income. This is the owner reconciling his own bookkeeping — it does not collect or touch any client's or third party's bank information.

How the bank connection works. We use Plaid to connect financial accounts. When the owner links an account, he logs in through Plaid's own secure window — his bank login credentials are entered directly with Plaid and are never seen, stored, or transmitted by Hustler's Mansion. Plaid returns a secure access token, which we store encrypted on our server and use only to read account balances and transaction history for bookkeeping. We request read-only access to transactions. We do not move money, initiate payments, or have any ability to do so.

How we use information

To schedule, confirm, and provide barber services.
To process deposits and payments for those services.
To send appointment confirmations and reminders you've asked for.
For the owner to categorize which of his own deposits are business income.

We do not use this information for advertising, and we do not build profiles for resale.

How we protect it

Financial access tokens and the vault PIN are stored server-side only, in a database that is not readable by the public app, and are never sent to the browser.
The financial vault sits behind two locks: an authenticated owner sign-in and a separate PIN, with an automatic lockout after repeated wrong attempts.
Card payment data is handled by Stripe, a PCI-DSS Level 1 certified processor; we never store full card numbers.
All traffic to the site is encrypted over HTTPS.

How we share it

We do not sell your personal information. We share it only with the service providers that make the business run — Plaid (financial connection), Stripe (payments), Twilio (text messages), and our hosting and database providers (Cloudflare and Supabase) — and only to the extent each needs to perform its function. We may disclose information if required by law.

Data retention

We keep booking and payment records as long as needed to operate the business and meet tax and legal obligations. The owner can disconnect a financial account at any time from the back office, which removes its stored access token. You can ask us to delete your booking information by contacting us.

Your choices

You can decline appointment texts by replying STOP.
You can request a copy of, or deletion of, the booking information we hold about you.
The account owner can revoke the Plaid connection at any time, ending our access to that account's data.

Children

Our services are intended for adults booking barber appointments (including on behalf of their children). We do not knowingly collect information directly from children under 13.

Changes to this policy

If we change how we handle information, we'll update this page and the "last updated" date above.
